What We Offer
- AC Filter Replacement · Filters sized and swapped, and the correct MERV rating for your unit rather than the cheapest one on the shelf.
- Light Bulbs and Fixtures · Bulbs replaced, including high ceilings and recessed cans, with matching color temperature so the room reads even.
- Vent Grilles and Returns · Grilles removed, cleaned on both sides, and the duct opening wiped down before they go back.
- Ceiling and Exhaust Fans · Blades and housings cleaned, and a fan that rattles or wobbles looked at while we are up there.
- Smoke and CO Detectors · Batteries replaced, units tested, and dated so you know when the next change is due.
- Faucet Aerators and Showerheads · Cleaned or replaced where flow has dropped off, which is usually mineral buildup.
- Door and Cabinet Adjustments · Hinges and catches tightened, the sort of thing that never makes it onto a list of its own.
